Raly Chakarova became the Executive Director of BOLT in September 2020. She brings a tremendous amount of experience working in both non-profit and government, along with a strong passion for workforce development. Raly has authored a number of policy reports on talent and business competitiveness and speaks regularly on panels, conferences and other public events about how we can continue to develop a local and diverse talent pipeline.
Raly is a Board Member of ACCES Employment. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Queen’s University and a Specialist in International Development and Political Science from University of Toronto.
