Asal Afshar has been with the BOLT Foundation since 2019. She is the Employment Program Specialist at Tridel and supports youth interested in pursuing a career in construction.
As a seasoned youth employment specialist with a background in social work, Asal has extensive experience developing and executing innovative youth employment programs for racialized, vulnerable and newcomer youth.
