SpeakOut is an interactive information session organized in schools and in the community. It is designed to inspire a new generation of construction tradespeople and industry professionals by creating awareness about the diversity of career opportunities available in the construction industry. A panel of skilled trades and other industry professionals provide valuable information about the educational and training requirements for specific jobs and share their personal experiences and insights with participants.

International Women’s Day SpeakOuts
BOLT hosts a special International Women’s Day SpeakOut SpeakOut in March with an all-female industry panel of professionals to profile the incredible women who build our homes and communities and inspire the new generation to think beyond ‘traditional’ gender roles. The informative and engaging session highlights the different career paths in the construction industry, provides valuable information about the educational and training requirements, and shares advice on how youth can get started.
