Mental Health Supports

Starting a new career can be stressful. Balancing life and work can feel overwhelming, especially for young people. If you have ever felt like this, you are not alone and simply talking to someone who is a trained mental health counsellor can reduce stress and anxiety and improve your well-being.

If you feel like you are struggling with issues at work, home, family, friends, personal finances, feeling alone and isolated or any other mental health concerns, consider reaching out to the confidential services below. They are in person, online and over the phone so you can feel comfortable connecting with a mental health professional on your own time and your own terms.

Common Signs of an Underlying Issue

Kids Help Phone is an e-mental health service for young people offering free confidential professional counselling and crisis support 24/7. You can reach a professional counsellor by calling 1-800-668-6868 or text CONNECT to 686868 to get started.
