To create awareness about the opportunities available in the trades and in the construction industry B.O.L.T. participates in Speak Outs, hosts a Day of Discovery and provides scholarship opportunities.
Tridel staff also participate in Community Youth Work Shops, Job Fairs and Learning Forms.
