Tridel also recognizes that not all youth have been afforded the same opportunities and that there are many bright, ambitious young people who would consider a career in construction if given the chance.
One of Tridel’s priorities through its B.O.L.T. program (Building Opportunities for Life Today) is to help connect priority youth to careers in construction by supporting programs that provide education and training in the construction field and by providing scholarship funding to assist youth in their educational pursuits in a construction related program.
