A lack of skilled trades people and a lack of jobs for young people.

Something is not adding up.

Tridel recognizes that there will be a serious shortage of skilled trades people in the near future and believes that the construction industry needs to inspire a new generation of trades people.

B.O.L.T. (Building Opportunites for Life Today) is:

  • creating awareness of construction careers
  • supporting community based programs that connect youth with training and education in the construction industry
  • raising funds to provide scholarships for youth in construction related programs
